About the Artist ...

Dean Clark, Artist/Potter

I'm a 5th generation Coloradian from Arvada, Colorado (a western suburb of Denver). I started working with clay in 1977, graduated the Art Institute of Colorado in 1985 and taught at the Art Institute from 1989-1994, as an Instructor, in the program of Industrial Design & Technology.

My passion has always been with clay, so in 2004, I officially started Colorado Clay to pursue my passion full time.
